80s Bike Party This Friday

In partnership with the Bromo Tower Arts & Entertainment District and the Downtown Baltimore’s Westside, the bike party ends at Lexington Market with catering by Faidley’s Seafood, Mexican Delight, Mem Sahib, and after-after party at the Alewife.

    Unrelated to the bike party, sorry, but any clue why the city up and scratched out the segment of bike lane on St. Paul between Lanvale and Mount Royal heading towards the train station? The lane already ended prematurely, but at least it was something.

    I believe it was scratched out to encourage folks to take the lane on the St. Paul Bridge, starting from a traffic light—as opposed to having to try to move over in mixed traffic while alongside a taxi stand and bus stop.
